Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.
All products must be unused, unwashed, tags attached, and in new condition.
To initiate a return or exchange please email us with the following information:
· Service@Oxygen-Lineapparel.com · Full name · Phone number · Order number · Product being returned/exchanged · Reason for the return/exchange. (If damaged in shipping, please take and send photos of damage).
Once approved, we will email you with additional information about processing your return/exchange.
Returns will be credited to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on the banking entity.
Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the purchased item based on availability at the time of processing. Some designs we have in stock and others we print on demand. When we need to print your order, we can usually print your order the same day. In some rare cases we need a couple days to have shirt blanks shipped to us and we will print your order the same day.
You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returns and exchanges.
