Shipping Policy
FEDEX is our primary shipping provider, offering standard GROUND delivery options only. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.
Shipping is available throughout the contiguous United States (does not include Alaska & Hawaii).
Shipping is currently not available internationally (including Canada & Mexico). If you have a special request, we will make considerations. Please write us with what you’d like to order and we’ll be in touch. Send inquiries to Service@oxygen-lineapparel.com.
In-stock items ship within 24 hours of payment (excludes weekends). Items printed on demand will be shipped usually the same day unless production falls into the next shipping day.
Taxes are not applied to shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Shipping to PO Boxes
We do not ship to PO Boxes
Orders with a PO Box will be canceled

Damage Caused by Shipment
While we try to ensure that your product arrives in mint condition, damages do happen from time to time. If you receive a damaged item(s), please take the following steps:
Contact us via email (Service@Oxygen-lineapparel.com) within 24 hours of delivery to claim it as damaged and include the following information for eligibility of a replacement:

Pictures of Damage
Retain all original packaging and materials, which includes: shipment box, packing materials, and tags.
Depending on the nature of the damages, a shipping label will be emailed to return the product, or the shipping provider may deem a pick-up inspection is necessary. If a pick-up inspection is required, instructions will be provided.
